Harvest on Fort Pond’s menu is based on the traditional cuisines of the Mediterranean, with influences from Italy, France, and Spain, as well as Greece, Turkey and Portugal.

Chef Jake Williams incorporates the freshest ingredients from the Mediterranean, the Hudson Valley and our own herb and vegetable garden. Just picked organic heirloom tomatoes, peppers, eggplants, zucchini, basil, parsley and more often find their way into his gourmet dishes.

The menu changes with the seasons and always includes a variety of memorable daily specials.
